I received a question today about a sergeant who was looking for a high-intensity training to work with ABS, soul and body to take its full team of 30 + soldiers to a new level of competency of your PT test.
He said that his men had reached a climax in his physical education and requires more real with a high intensity for off the board.
My answer is below it … Note that even if I did this exercise using only body weight exercises, always very intense and for those seeking fitness peak.
However, keep in mind that if you are not yet at an advanced level, you can still use this by simply using the basic format of the training, and do less of what the exercises are too difficult for you or choose an easier exercise alternative that is similar.
Here …
"Hi Jason. To achieve its soldiers to the next level of physical health, for re maintaining a very high intensity and use anywhere in the body. Keep short rest periods and use of multi-agency exercises all the Common as possible.
I'll give you an idea of training in which not only killer abs and core, but the whole body and the intense nature. I'm sure what (if any of the team) you have, so I'll give you a great workout that is based on body weight. Here is an example to your men through:
Start with a 2-3 minute warm-up jumps, light jogging or skipping rope.
Then go through these exercises in circuit fashion, one after another with only 10 seconds rest between each (repeat the circuit 3-5 times a drive killer):
1. weight squats – 12 reps
2. plyo inflections (applause) – 10 repetitions
3. walking lunges up 6 steps and back 6 steps
4. climbers ground for 30 seconds
5. lunge jumps – 6 reps each side
6. extends the leg axes (ABS) on the floor – 12 reps
7. squat jumps – 8 reps
8. table in about 30 seconds on each side, then 30 seconds on the opposite side
Rest two minutes after each circuit, track repeat 3-5 times
If this does not pass through the shelf and ready for the next PT test, nothing will!
